You have a scripted podcast coming out soon. I heard the pilot and it's funny as hell, which is appropriate as it's called "Roommate From Hell." What's the process been like putting that together?
Thank you! I'm pushing to change it to "Hell Is Full" and hoping I can bully everyone else on the project into sincerely agreeing that it's a better title, like the way O'Brien breaks Winston Smith in 1984. And that's what the whole process of the podcast is like. My co-writer Tim and I come up with an idea and fall in love with it, and then I fall in love with a new idea and have to convince Tim that it's better without being a dick. This also happens with our producers and our cast.
It's almost March. What's your favorite thing to do in New York in Spring?
I love tromping through that one Prospect Park path that leads from the Grand Army entrance up along Flatbush. You can see the cars half the time but I don't care, it's a FOREST and it is REAL.
