RS: Your new fiction collection, LEVERAGE, comes out on March 15. What are you doing to celebrate its release?
EN: I'm having a big old release party at my home-away-from-home Mellow Pages Library that night. The rap duo Faces of Weed are going to open and Little Caesar's is catering. I can't give away much because I always like to keep a few tricks up my sleeve but I can say that Mike Lala, Allyson Paty, Dolan Morgan, Haleh Roshan Stillwell, Jacob Perkins, Matt Nelson, Alaina Stamatis and Kalliopi Mathios are reading and I'm listening to Uncle Murda while I'm writing this. Also, I'll be releasing the last of my three book trailers soon after.
Oooo, that's like being asked what my favorite small press is, meaning I can't give a straight answer. Sean is a damn fine interviewer and there were so many moments of surprising answers and really digging in.
What can people expect from your reading?
A real horse and pony show; no reading I do is ever exactly the same.
