How is your spring going?

Not bad. It could be warmer. Not sure why it's felt like November the last two weeks, but I'm sure I'll be complaining about how hot it is within 30 days of saying this.

What have you worked on in the past year that you're most happy with?

I have a memoir coming out in November called Searching for John Hughes. Thank you for letting me shamelessly plug it. I think that's probably the thing I'm happiest with. I've also been trying to make my own pasta at home and I think I'm getting pretty good at that.

What’s your favorite brunch spot?

I'd say Russ and Daughters, Nom Wah Tea Parlor, and Littleneck in Brooklyn

What can people expect from your reading?

My tagline is Jason Diamond: Expect the Unexpected. Hopefully that gives them an idea. Although I can promise it won't be about John Hughes. It might be something about teens or Edith Wharton, but I'm still not totally sure.
