A Brief Interview with Sarah Elizabeth Dallas

What was a favorite early role for you as an actor?

I did a play by Theresa Rebeck called "Katie and Frank" while going to school at USC that was probably one of my favorites. The play is about a woman whose husband doesn't pay attention to her and she goes crazy because of it. She talks about how she bought a gun the whole play but he doesn't listen to her until she points the gun at him at the end of the play. I liked doing it because it was a comedy to the audience and essentially a drama to the character/actor which was interesting. I also just enjoy playing characters who are a bit off-kilter. 

Any big plans for the fall?

In the fall I plan to be auditioning and spending lots of time with my husband, pup, and loved ones! 

What can people expect from your performance as Gertie?

Hopefully just for me to give a genuine performance of my take on her. The writing is good so my job should be fairly easy!
